THIS YEAR HAS SEEN GREENZONE® ACHIEVE A NUMBER OF SIGNIFICANT MILESTONES

1) Termites no match for GREENZONE® barrier after 3-year field trials in Darwin.

After 36 months of field trials in Darwin, the GREENZONE® barrier has been successful in repelling termites. The field experiment was undertaken to evaluate the performance of GREENZONE® foam as a barrier against subterranean termites, especially the specifies Coptotermes acinaciformis (Froggatt) (mound-nesting form) and Mastotermes darwiniensis Froggatt in Darwin.

2) Application for GREENZONE® lodged with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA)

A category 10 application (registration of a new chemical product with existing active constituents) has been filed with the APVMA has been made for the GREENZONE® termite and insect barrier.

3) GREENZONE® a winner – Federal Government Awards Accelerating Commercialisation Grant

Green Zone Pty Ltd was fortunate to be awarded a grant under the Federal Governments Accelerating Commercialisation, Entrepreneurs’ Programme. Accelerating Commercialisation support will be used to assist Green Zone select and appoint distribution partners and launch GREENZONE® in domestic and overseas markets.

4) CEO Appointed

Paul Moloney was appointed as Green Zone Pty Ltd CEO in late August. Paul has over 25 years’ experience within the residential and commercial building industry across construction, manufacturing and research and development. He holds an MBA from the AGSM; a Diploma, Company Directors Course (GAICD) and a Juris Doctor (JD) from RMIT.
