The idea of the GREENZONE® product was the inspiration of Paul Commerford. His idea was to integrate a termite barrier (agent) within an expansion joint foam. A product that would simplify the installation of termite barriers around penetrations (pipes etc.) in concrete slabs and installation of termite barriers where concrete control (expansion) joints are located. Green Zone Pty Ltd is privately owned Australian company established in September 2010 to develop the GREENZONE® technology for Australian and international building and construction markets.

Founder
Paul is the founder of Green Zone Pty and is the inventor of the GREENZONE® IP. He holds building and construction trade qualifications, extensive small business start-up experience, extensive termite barrier industry experience and networks. Co-director of Jim's Building Inspections franchise for Australia.
Brett Bowey
Non-Executive Director
Brett has 20+ years’ experience in Operational Management, Logistics/Warehousing/Inventory and Customer Service. He has just recently spent many years in the pest control industry for a leading termite company in Melbourne specialising in pre-construction termite systems. He looks after all aspect of our business as General Manager for us.
Sam Robertson
Non-Executive Director
Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and Management majors. Undertook PR and Marketing internship with Carl Byoir & Associates. He has worked in a Commercial Painting company specialising in Sales and Estimating. Sam is also a Director Franchisor of Jims Building Inspections and Jim's Asbestos Removal.
